- You must not use KDPika for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

KDPika does not provide legal, publishing, copyright, trademark, or Kindle Direct Publishing compliance advice.
04Payments and licenses
Payments and license transactions are handled by Gumroad under its applicable terms.
